GLUTE TRAINING?

My Goose Glutes Series was designed to help you maximize your glute training and build lean body mass in your lower body by incorporating exercises that specifically target your glutes. The movements in these guides have been the foundation of my lower body training for years, and I am so excited to be able to share my personal training regimen with you!

 

Although not required, most of the movements in my guides suggest the use of a Glute Band for optimal results.
